When I first contacted Meghan to receive local info re price etc I will admit I almost did not “employ” her due to her insistence at completing the forms required by provincial regulations. What a mistake I would have made by not complying.

While I have not been an active house seller over past 50 years( 8transactions) I can honestly state I have never experienced a more professional real estate transaction. From start to conclusion a pleasurable experience.

In addition I respect her follow up information as to aiding customers- current and future- in regards to additional assistance for home needs.

I never met Meghan face to face but will correct that when convenient (and safe).

You should have no concerns in contracting with Meghan.
